The Situation

Simon had been employed in a senior management role at a University before he was unexpectedly made redundant. He applied for a number of similar roles in his field and was being offered interviews but was struggling to secure job offers.

The Service

Lisa and Simon began with a review of his jobhunting so far to discuss what he was really seeking in his next role and his suitability for the jobs he had applied for. Lisa coached Simon on how to ensure he was applying for jobs which best fit his interests and profile and discussed how best to put across a positive message in his interviews. This was followed by detailed interview preparation.
